Founded in 2006, the Da Capo
institute offers musical training in a community based,
passion driven approach via choruses, private instruction,
coaching, small ensembles and public performances. If you
live in Chesterfield or the greater Richmond area, we have
options for you!!

Events and all Instruction are built
around the concept of using music as a language to reach
out to our local communities. Our venues are
typically churches, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and
even private residences.
Our musicians perform regularly at Da Capo events and
concert series as well as in their schools, churches and
with other community music groups. Pianists,
Singers, and Instrumentalists of ALL ability levels from
beginner to master find growth and performances
opportunities abundant as a result of their relationship
with Da Capo.
