Step 2. Print, then fill out the form selecting the options and instructional models you are interested in. If you aren't sure what the best options are, or would like more information... Click here... or contact any of our staff or faculty and we would be glad to help out.

Step 3. Attach your check or money order to the form and
mail to: PO BOX 74264 RICHMOND, VA 23236

Please note that for new students, a hard copy signature/form is required for both medical emergency procedures and for a photo usage release. Thank you for your patience.

Late registrations will only be accepted through Oct 1.

WINTER/SPRING Session (15 WEEKS): January - May
Late registrations will only be accepted through February 5.

Summer Session (10 Weeks) June - August
--> Individual instruction and coaching is scheduled on demand with flexibility to accomodate the schedule needs of students and faculty.
