Da Capo is currently pursuing its formal
certification as a Non-Profit Organization. We
currently operate as a sole-propietorship owned by the
founders, Jeff and Tracee Prillaman. We are registered to
do business in Chesterfield County, VA. As we are in a
formative state for our institutional governance model, we
have relied heavily on the following people for advice and
support. We plan to be incorporated by YE 2008 and have our
nonprofit certification fully in place my Midyear2009.
